The electronic R&D team of CMT is responsible for all electronic hardware, software design as well as circuitry testing. The team is especially strong in RF and acoustic technologies such as Bluetooth module, bluetooth headset, Zigbee and WiFi applications.
Below are the typical equipment which have been deployed in the electronic R&D Labs:
General test equipment
Analog and Digital oscilloscope (up to 500MHz)
Digital LCR Meters
Digital Power Meters
Electronic loads
Digital meters (with GPIB interface)
Power supplies (with GPIB interface)
Audio signal and function generators
Video Pattern Generators
LabVIEW compatible GPIB controllers
Linear, Audio and Acoustics Technologies
We equipped with professional audio and acoustic test equipment as well as the measurement systems:
We have allowance from The Bruel & Kjear Head & Torso Simulator (HATS) in testing and developing for a broad range of headphones both in entertainment and communication applications according to the requirement of international standards. By the chance, we have developed a Bluetooth series from V2.1+EDR to V4.0+EDR (include: mono and stereo wireless communication headphone with ANC & NFC for our major customers.
We build the PULSE Multi-Analyzer System (PULSE) and acoustic team as the measurement platform in performing the analysis techniques needed to quantify the noise acoustic and vibration characteristics of speakers. With the use of the Sound Check, we can characterize the performance of electro-acoustic products, audio electronics and transducers.
